I really enjoyed workin on this, even tho it took me quite some time xD
Next time I will record it when I'm working on a project like that and turn it into a Speedpaint… But yeah, I hope that it turned out good, but if I should change anything Amron, just tell me c:

I duplicated all the layers I had when I was done with the painting, merged all the copied layers into one layer (so you have the same image twice, once as one layer, once as how many layers you may have) and then I used gaussian blur to blur the duplicated (one layer) image and erased all the parts from the blurred layer where I didn't want the image to be blurred.
You could also select an area with an selection with a soft edge and just use gaussian blur on that part of the image (still on the duplicated one).
Buuut you could also just merge all the layers instead of making a duplicate layer, but I like keeping my layers to view the progress or fix stuff c:
