I drew this back in around 1995.
I was in high school at that time.
Is Rubicante from Final Fantasy IV (Was called Final Fantasy II) at the time I've rented the game from a video store.
Rubicante is a pretty powerful boss, He's one of the four archfiends associated with the elements.
He is the boss of Tower of Babil in Final Fantasy IV and he is the element of fire.
