First real page!

Introducing two of the main characters with this page.
- Ynaa, the captain of the Dreaming Kyr and sitting in the chair
- Dref, the executive officer on the Dreamer and giving the new arrivals the welcome

Was trying to come up with another word for new recruits aside from the usual things you hear like nuggets, new bloods, what have you. Came up with short-tails as a suggestion, and play on tail vs tale, that these new recruits are young and/or lack experience.

Working on this page I have learned that making comic pages takes a-lot of time.
