Mostly a joke. xD Myself and Jagoth were saying we wanted to see Lycan full of something big, and "elephant babies" came up as a joke... when I asked Aggro for this one, I suggested those for the size. xD Otherwise, though, it's a case of... "he's full of anything you'd like to imagine".
I know, he's so talented... first time I commissioned a male pregnancy piece from him I was worried he'd be all "NO MPREG! 8I". But now... heheh, how many's he done now? A half dozen? And every one of them is so good; the anatomy's excellent and the belly's not overdone like some folks do it. ^^ Excellent poses, expressions... he does a lot with such a "cartoony" style, no?
Thanks.
Ahh, see, this is helpful... often times with subject matter that I'm not especially into, when someone tells me I draw it well, I don't actually know what about it they like or feel was done well, but that gives me another idea of what someone might look for in a picture like this.

Yeah, the only time that "OMG I CAME" is helpful to me is when
lunaticmoth says it.
FA comments need to improve in general, I support your noble endeavour. If I want retarded comments, I'll go to youtube.

BIG ONES.
I think I was told pachyderm. Who knows. I don't know anything about prenatal care or child birth or infants or anything. I guess I know that human babies are supposed to baste for for nine months, give or take, at atleast 98 degrees before you eat them, but in some states, you know, based on local custom, you can eat them earlier? Maybe.
