Okay so I thought of making it as species of mermaids. Something like a mermaids tribe.

Main features :
-fluoroscent scales on upper body
-multiple horns [from 4-10 horns , rarely there's more of them, sometimes on a males jaw , they vary in size and shape]
-most of them have a dark skin [rarely happens that some of them are albinos]
-long eyelashes [also for males]
-black/dark sclera [inside of the eyeball]
-point irregular shaped ears [male ears are bigger and more fin shaped]
-sometimes they might have tribal marking around the skin or their tails/fins
-long claw like nails
