Commentary:
Mako's got a new outfit as foreshadowed in the previous chapter by Otto. Gave him darker colors because reasons. And no, Mako was not going to explain his reasons.

I wonder if Mako's new outfit will be overshadowed by the fact that David brought a cop with him. New cop guy by the way, Shoro. He won't be doing much for this scene, but he'll get to do other stuff later. If I didn't have a reason for his character, I would have used Jamon and Elah for this scene instead.

Wanted to have Luna have more lines in this scene, but she's had more screen time than Otto, so I gave him more lines instead. At the very least, I wanted to show that Luna was at least present.

Originally the background for this scene would have been outside in the town, but then i realized last second that it would make a lot more sense for them to be inside Otto's fabric shop. Unfortunately, I didn't leave a lot of room for the background, so I didn't get to show much of Otto's things. Hopefully the next page will show more.
