Great work on the backs of both of them. I really like the pack/gear on the bird being there. So few people remember equipment when drawing traveling type characters. The ear rings are a nice touch as well. I assume the bird is female because of them. Very well done background, vague but functional evergreens work nicely. Anatomy all looks good. Very pretty feathering and fur-ing. It's an interesting choice to include an umbrella, but good te be prepaired. Very pretty head on the bird with a sharp beak that looks like it fits. Good work
