(Edit: Made a few changes. I added some more background stuff on the first couple of panels, and a bit more injury to the ones being attacked. I don't plan on being super over-the-top, but I do want to make it clear that these things are dangerous and really mean business. I also got rid of the extra lines on the rainy panels, which were meant to be erased after Kyrio fixed my rain effect. Hope you like the improvements!)

It's sad, really. The guy has never touched a drink in his life and he's already off the wagon.

I am convinced that counting all of the setup and design, I have literally worked on this page for over 24 hours, dood. I really have wanted to up my game to the Nth degree for this comic, so I sincerely hope all of the work has shown through.
Character design as well as facial and body type variety have been the order of the day as this comic has gone on. It was VERY challenging, but it's been really fun to work on! Whatever the case may be, I've learned a LOT already from working on this.
One thing I meant to do in the previous couple of pages (and I might go back and fix) is that I wanted the demons to have a faint glow to their eyes when they're red in these circumstances. I finally remembered, so that's good!
As ever, the inimitable
kyrio did the character shading for this page. Show him with love and possibly candy!

It's Keychain of creation, I think it's still ongoing too.
I will say, they recently game out with 3rd edition, and it's quite fun to play so far, though I've gotten myself into a Lunar's game before the Lunar's book has bene released so I've been making half of the charms.
I just thought the symbol on the guy's forehead looked awfully similar.

I dunno. Things like the limit breaks; things like being required to do the exact opposite of what your character stands for and wants. Things like... if I remember correctly... "Complications." It's been a long time since I've seen anything Exalted-related, but that in particular was what made me like "Yeah, no thanks. I want my character to be CONSISTENT."
I'm not saying it's BAD or anything, just that it's... how do I put it... The concept of your character being forced to behave in certain ways in order to balance out their class is just... creepy. I get WHY it's that way, but that's not a fun concept to me.

I really don't like it. I think that basically ruins the ENTIRE premise for me because it's not character development; it's character SABOTAGE. And considering it's a central element, I just am 100% against it as a gameplay and storytelling mechanic.
I'm not saying that my opinion is the definitively "correct" one, mind you. If people like that sort of thing, more power to them. But to me, it's just crap writing and a lame attempt to balance demigod characters.
