My ruger mini 30 loved it but it hated my tula ammo and i couldn't have that so I sold it off to a buddy of mine, I ended up re-purposing the scope for my ruger 10/22 and the bipod on my wifes .30-06 before i let it go.

It was a fun little gun but it always light striked DX 3 out of 20 rounds most times

Sadly, with the current political climate going on, that gun very well may be banned because it's "scary."

I believe the laws are if you own it and laws change; they cannot confiscate or destroy it based of it as it was bought/owned before laws passed

I have an SKS that I want to sporterize like this but it's an old Tula Soviet with some very unique early-production parts.... I'd feel bad modifying. Plus I already hurt it by tap and drilling to put a scope on it .~.

D: the history! i feel the same way honestly xD

I have a yugo sks that i plan on doing alot of work to, archangle opfor stock, stg rail, rip of the grenade launcher muzzle for an actual muzzle break, and and a scope from primary arms O3o (i has alot of project guns sadly though ono)

I'd love an SKS to modify but I dont' really want another of the same gun... lol. I do want to try extended magazines, especially some metal ones to match the look of the gun but I hear the metal magazines are horrible >.<

I could understand that DX I have a 20 round tapco in mine, hats feeding a full mag, but downloading to 19 works, maybe just try finding what the mag likes and start from their.
