This here is Peaceful Blaze's special necklace that allows him to change into all the different Eeveelutions at will. This special necklace was made by his other self, OG Blaze, AKA, Heroic Blaze. When Blaze changes into the different Eeveelutions he does still retain his Water-Sageon gems but his colour scheme does change with each different form and the gem does change into the colour of the Pokemon's type.
