Using the leftovers from last night and some fresh garden onions I made this up, replacing the seasoning packet with the reserved drippings from roasting the pork and the rest of the glaze, the result was a sweet and tangy ramen bowl with the most succulent pork ever. I'm eating it as I post this, and it took much restraint not to dig in sooner

here is a rough estimate of the ingredients in the proper ratio
1cup soysauce
1 mini carton of OJ, so about 3/4 to 1/2 a cup
2 cloves of garlic minced
1/4 cup honey
1-2 tbsp minced ginger
1 tbsp red pepper flakes
and I think thats it, I usually play it by ear in the kitchen, there may have been some rice wine vinegar in there but I dont remember
but anyway, mix it together in a small pot and cook it down until you have nappe (where it readily coats the back of a spoon in a very thin layer)
and there you have a glaze, if you have hoisin add a bit of that too for added awesomeness

pretty much brush that on, roast the pork and then cook the ramen, add the drippings to the boiling ramen, and top with the pork. easy and tasty
