You cannot assume everyone is like you. Just because she isn't bothered by her friends comment does not mean she's willing to share with complete strangers why her mother passed.

ok its called perception, first off Garret was refering to me and secondly by the look at her comments and replies on this picture she seems comfortable with the fact, its not a insult to ask someone how a family member passed away, and if for some reason she didn't feel comfortable all she would have to do is say so, but like i said, judging by all of her comments on it she obviously isnt uncomfortable with the issue.

Sorry Kadidlehopper, but I'm gonna have to agree with the Secretary on this one. I try to make light of the tough situation but my Mom's passing is still pretty recent and it wasn't pleasant. My friends help me not get depressed about it whenever it comes up. I'm not comfortable talking about the details of it though. It might not be a private thing for you, and it's great that you have been able to reconcile your loss, but you should be careful because sometimes the details can be pretty personal and not something people would want to share.
