make humans, animals, anything mortals except for gods, demons, archangels,reapers, life givers, etc that are inmortals or something like that

though it turn beings to either moths or butterfly depending on the time as for example, when transforming at the night, the victim turn into a moth

while the person transform at the day, turn into a butterflies.

though despite what the other used to being other creatures, they do still have their own traits, along with power or ability from the previous species they used to be.

as for example, a tartarus that turn into a moth still have the height, along with strength and power along of an appearance except in moth form.

though there can be a danger to those depending on the possibility of one turning into one, well mostly humans.
humans along with animals have a 50% chance of loosing memories
while mythical beings has a low chance of loosing it, it quiet rare
speaking of rare, there a rare chance someone having their gender change (well depending if the person do identify themselves in one of those genders, male or female)

as how it was made or how it was found, this plant was an accident along being thrown down by the creator surprisingly isn't god. just a guy that wanted to make a plant product moth and butterfly as a practice project but it resulted the being doing so except something he didn't wanted the plant turning others into those two species.
