Formed in the wake of various super related incidents, the International Cosmic Defense Force is a semi-autonomous anti-super organization. Lead by Commander Vincent Cross, the ICDF primarily hunts down superpowered targets assigned to it's wanted list by a multinational committee although the force can act in defense of it's member nations in specific circumstances. It's forces acted against the Chinese government in a secret operation not long after they revealed themselves to the public when they destroyed a cosmic energy facility in northern China. However no country has acknowledged these events as happening.
Because of it's intended purpose the ICDF is designed to act in defense of the world, despite being a mostly western backed organization with many of the countries of the world not involved. With this in mind the organization excuses itself from normal warfare and will only intervene in a conflict if doing so somehow relates to ongoing operations.

United States of America, Canada, United Kingdom, Australia, Germany
Secondary Member Countries:
Mexico, Ireland, France, Belgium, Sweden, Norway, Romania, Japan, Denmark (Other countries not listed are either opposed to joining or in consideration)

The ICDF also posses three aerial battleships, several drones and a large compliment of Apex androids.

This is actually a good concept, one that I can see happening as the "normies" in the public see more and more of these super powered beings and incidents, and heroes seemingly not solving the problem. (I mean I know for the sake of plot and story writing, they really can't but you can see how a public might get tired of a hero failing time and again to bring their nemesis to justice and decide to take matters into their own hands.)
