Heres a little excerpt about the race written by Nidonocu;
"An anthro-canine-esq species from a resource starved ice planet, heavily fractured in to different packs at odd with one another. Some locked in civil war, some trying to trade with other races while others pirate and steal, and others engaged in horrific scientific experimentation, they remain on the fringes of the galaxy."
