Last I recall, they'd been planning to infiltrate a high-security Theocracy prison, Kharma expressing the concern that, given the Theocracy's attitudes towards sourcerors, the plan would result in him getting hanged or beheaded. Probably the latter, going by the background of the panel when he was outlining his objections.
