And we're interrupting our stream of old artwork for something new! Introducing the Badgeroo, a hybrid between a badger and a kangaroo.
This bizarre creature hops around during the day, but returns to its burrow at night. They typically live in large family groups roaming open plains together, and will dig massive interconnecting burrows called setts. They are not the most graceful creatures, as their short stubby tail does not provide them with as much balance as a natural kangaroo's tail would, and their long legs make crawling through burrows slightly award. Young are birthed in the burrow, but quickly move to their mother's pouches to travel with them during the day. They typically eat a herbivorous diet containing mostly grass, but they wont pass up the odd small mammal that might wander too close, and they just looove honey!
