Minor (semantic) nitpick – "That's" at the start should be "It's", and the last part should probably be "affects the lungs".

Oh dude thanks!! Should it still be "It's" if it goes after "Tuberculosis" though? As in "Tuberculosis. That's an infectious disease..."

Like I've said, it's not grammatically incorrect, both "that's" and "it's" can go there just fine. It's a very minor difference in meaning.
By using "that's" makes it sound like we're pointing at it and going "that over there is tuberculosis, it does that and that"
(we generally don't refer to diseases as concrete objects, but in this case it wouldn't be a massive error), whereas "it's" fits more here since you're defining the disease.
