Yup I'm still working through the spectrum.
This time is my orange chiffon recipe topped with orange zest-laced swiss meringue butter-cream. What a mouthful! I never made SMBC before but while researching for a very light frosting, this was said to be it. it's very airy and but quite flavorful. :D I'd totally use this frosting again.
