Played around this this today. I had two cockatiels when I was younger and think highly of the breed. They used to get this expression when I skritched them in just the right place!

It's funny, I never found a 'tiel that I actually got along with - they were rather bitey and neurotic birds in my experience. But looking at this, all I can think of is "I've just not known the right cockatiels." ^.^
