Pokemon fest time ~

Athelston is a pokemon trainer/co-ordinator OC of mine and this is one of his pokemon.
Walter, the Seviper.
He's more into the visual aspects of contests but is also a good battler and does enjoy that as well.
He can be a bit vain and acts like a bit of a celebrity, but not in such a way that he becomes entirely self absorbed or unbarable to spend time with.
He loves to party but can't handle his drink anywhere near as much as he thinks he can, so the night often ends in Matilda carrying him home.
