This character looks like a kinder version of Orion. He's got a similar look to Orion, but only with green skin, different horns, kinder smile and somewhat less aggressive eyes. Really like this character and its design. Like the use of brown for his mage clothes. though I'm surprised that Neos is Orion's best friend. I though that in a way Drake and Orion were best friends since I've seen both of them together in your art most of the time. What are Drake and Orion? Friends, companions, rivals, or frenemies? I would like to know. One more drakanian to go. I think I know who it is and I'm excited to see the last one make his appearance. ^^

Puesssss XD es de los que tiene mas personalidad a parte de Drake, pero tiene una pasiencia con el grosor de un mechon de cabello XD se provoca con facilidad y eso XD pero da gracia cuando se encabrona heheh.

I thought Wind Drakanians would have wings because of their race's name and almost wind elemental beings have some form of flight capability. Either way, Neos looks look awesome and nicely musculer.

Yeah nope XD none of them has wings. they´re essencially the same dragons but with few characteristics that is related with their respective element
