This portrait was a running joke. The clients husband and I go way back in the SCA and I had not seen him in years. He wanted his new wife drawn up and I always asked "What do you want to be drawn as?" from everybody.

She initially couldn't make up her mind.

Her husband then reminded me of a dual portrait years ago. A lesbian couple. Clearly one a Dom of the two. In asked the Dom what she wanted to be featured as, "A Chipmunk!" she answered back, I turned to her partner and asked the same question and the sub didn't answer immediately, "A Banana Slug" the Dom snapped back. I again asked the sub what she wanted to be drawn as , "She's a banana slug!" Answered the Dom. The dom then tells her partner "Show him!" and the sub opened her mouth to show me the largest and widest tongue I've seen on a human. "She's fantastic in oral pleasures!" the Dom replied!

And the wife here wasn't sure, and I snapped "Banana Slug!" Her hubby nodded "Oh yes! A Banana Slug she must be!" And she added snarkily "With eye stalks that have feathers on them!

I nod and agree, and drew this instead , She chimed up saying "I actually wanted a dragon!! And this beats a banana slug any day!
