Jqulyn loves ladylike things and proper manners. She's a textbook example of a Victorian aristocrat, carrying herself with a very high-class air.
She has a set of strict rules by which she herself abides and demands her fraccion (and everyone) follow along with her. At the top of this list: NEVER EVER DAMAGE JAQULYN'S CLOTHES. This is, of course, impossible if you intend to damage her in battle, so she quickly looses her temper whenever she fights. It is under these circumstances that she would release her Zampakutou, which she doesn't like.

Her fighting style consists of one main theme: Straight Lines. Most all of her attacks consist of her dashing from one side of the battlefield to the other with her sword extended in the direction she's moving. This gives the illusion of openings to counterattack, but her eyes are swift and her sword is light. If you dodge her thrust without moving out of range of her sword, she'll whirl around with a flick of her wrist and cut off your head. It's impossible to survive a fight against her if you can't use a high speed movement technique such as Sonido.

She's not left handed, she's ambidextrous. She prefers to hold her sword in her left hand, because her right hand is her shooting hand.
