Judging by the size of his belly he probably stole someones food, maybe even ran off with a whole cart of food. And he should burn off every calorie of that illgotten food through intense unending laughter.

Aww, he's so cute! :D I can't help but picture him rocking back and forth on that round tummy of his as he laughs helplessly from the tickles... He's not even bound, though, so clearly he's not that interested in getting away ;)

Thank you. Otters are the quintessence of cuteness.
This time, I tried to minimize the "BDSM" part.
And , indeed, the fat otter seems to enjoy the situation... ;-p
