Captured T-72

This Iraqi T-72 was located outside the Squadron offices of the 354TH Squadron (A-10s) at Davis Monthan AFB. It was recovered from the Iraqi desert after Gulf War 1.

Sad thing was the hatches were wide open, and I was seriously tempted to get inside and photograph the interior big time. But on an active Military base, best thought not too.

saw a T-72 in front of my local Military Museum in Better shape then that one, it had all it's Long Range Gear and Storage Boxes and Reactive Armor Plate.
