An NPC from one of the table top games I'm running. He's a healer and mentalist who mostly tends to use his healing to torture victims and make them tell him everything he wants.

Somehow, he's actually be pretty nice to the party, and distinctly pleasant to talk to, especially when talking to the party's only healer. There was even a moment or two where he might have even been charming. Imagine that.

But nah he's a trash man. When I describe him I always note that he's in "an odd, tattered lab coat that looks like it's not intended to close".
