Transninja got to visit the Alola region and found the Decidueye species interesting and can see a good speed in them and they can disappear and reappear like if they werent there and Transninja likes that since he is a ninja after all. So he is able to concentrate and the power of the necklace is able to transform him into a hybrid of himself and Decidueye so now he can blend into the shadows a lot better now with this form and can fire shots from far away like Decidueye can.
