"One of the many amazing sights seen among the many nightmares present on this island. Sticking to the more hotter, or near volcanic, territories on Skull Island, this impressive specimen crossed our path as we were trying to find Kong's former lair.
What is truely interesting about this creature are the bizarre dorsal formations along it's back. Much debate was brought up by our group as to what purpose they might have. Were they for mating ritual purposes? Protection? A warning to potential opponents?? Nobody was quite sure, though it was obvious that this creature was predacious.
Possibly the most interested among us was my young friend (and companion), Eiji Tsuburaya, a paleontology student of mine from the island of Japan. It is from him that we got the name for this creature. Godzillasaurus. Don't know what the hell it means though."

Skull Island Expedition, 1946
Inspired by the 2005 Peter Jackson remake, decided to go and make my own denizen of Skull Island, the "Godzillasaurus", based on a certain kaiju monster.
Hope it looks good.
