Well, this one has actually been hiding in my Stash for over a year now, so, after I've kept running into her when I go through my Stach, I figured I'll just submit this. The reason why I didn't submit her ealier is because I'm still working on her bio.
So right now, I can't really say much about her since she's still a character in development, but what I can tell for sure is that she's a villain.
