I randomly spotted a few of these lil guys when I was down at the beach. They were unfamiliar to me; I've seen most of the herps that live around here, even most of the rarer ones...dunno, his coloration just looked different.
He wasn't particularly bright, and the picture also doesn't show it very well, but most of them were actually might brighter/vivid in coloration...even actually yellow on parts.
