A lil' love story involves a Raichu who would do anything for the attention of a female wresting Pikachu, so the Raichu constantly looks around at what the Pikachu loves most, she pays attention to a balloon stall earlier and while shes occupied, Raichu stands near an abandoned canister-shaped tank when shes about to walk by, and the Pikachu immediately by instinct sets her eyes towards the Raichu and asks the Raichu "Hey there! You got any balloons you wanna show me?"

The Raichu realized he doesn't have one... But he comes up with an improvised plan, how about him being the balloon? So he reluctantly decides to use the tank on himself to inflate himself to her balloon. Despite his embarrassing display of affection towards the Pikachu, she seems to take enjoyment of the inflated Raichu and grabs him by the tail and joyfully strolls with satisfaction!
