It works both ways. On The Cosby Show, when Phylicia Rashād was pregnant, one of the ways they hid it was to make a cavity in the bed so it would look like she was lying flat under the covers.
Which I only mention because it came to mind when I saw the art, which in turn segued right into imagining the anniversary special where they dished on that being watched through the window by a couple of sea lions taking mental notes.
