I thought more about one of the many good puns of Mr, Freeze from 1997 Batman & Robin.
Like: "Allright everyone! Chill. Chill! CHILL!"
Or: "I'm afraid, that my conditioners let me cold, to your pleas of mercy." (Hope i got that one right. Just wrote it from the hearing and couldnt really tell if he said "my" or "the" XD)

Actually, ice is a rather good insulator, not a good conductor. This is because in water, electrical conductivity is determined by the concentration of ions in the liquid (this is why distilled water isn't a very good conductor). When frozen, those ions are either pushed out of the frozen lattice structure, or they are locked in-place and must less able to move freely.
I actually do have ice powers, I vape some ice and out streams the philosophically-founded poetry/prose, it's like God-adderall to me. Best self-maximization tool I've ever found, save the pen and paper [nowadays my phone's my word processor, research/reference, and permanent, diversely storaged creative instrument.

Comparing this whole story to Warframe. Compared to what a Tenno is capable of, they're ... on par. However, these hell-touched show an admirable level of restraint in using violence, even to preserve their own lives they don't seem to tend to just start pasting people to the scenery in drippy hamburger form, so kudos to them.
