I have to say that Drowzee is arguably my favorite Pokemon. I mean, really, there's not much to his design besides being an anthropomorphic yellow and brown Malayan Tapir, but that's what I love about Gen 1: the designs aren't creative, they're to-the-point. There weren't stickfigure Pokemon like they spam in later gens, especially gen 7. The makers weren't overcomplicating every Pokemon, or focusing on creativity without making the designs likeable.. I mean, seriously: a plug-in lightbeam ball on a barber's pole with cartoon arms and clown shoes!? WTF!? That's been a lot of gen 7 designs for me: WTF. In gen 1, the monsters were clear, simple and straightforward. I feel like I still saw this in certain Pokemon until Gen 7, which was the first and so far only generation where I hated almost every single new Pokemon. But I also love gen 1 because almost none of the Pokemon are stickfigures. It had a few skinny Pokemon, but plenty of chubby ones too, including that creepy chubby tapir, Drowzee.

I don't have much thought out for him, but he's a Drowzee, he wears an Everstone ring and loves coffee. I also plan on using him in an RP soon.
