New character :v
He's a rat.
And the name I went with was Ludovico obviously, because I am a fucking nerd and I love A Clockwork Orange.
The idea for him was kind of like, street rat ruffian turned lab rat to lowkey fit the theme of the movie. Iunno what I'm gonna do with him yet though. Nothing TOO edgy.

Also, I am not sure if he's an amputee or not. I honestly just didn't feel like drawing the other arm but I wanted to get a design down.
