I hope they do a neutral race like the Pandaren but I doubt it and I also doubt alliance would get Sethrak when the fox people have the goblin models down to the dance

Then again, until that live launch of BC some of the dreanei modals and armors still had "Panda" in them.

Partially. Dreanei were meant to be pandaren in the early drafts of Burning Crusade. It took right up until the last beta patch before launch to have "Panda" removed from some of their starting gear and NPCs
