He has a character named Betsersai the African Wild Dog who is a young trainee at the police academy. Giselle Moreyra, (the horse) who is the experienced cop is training him and helping him along at the academy.

This is basically just fan art of them at the shooting range and Betserai trying his best at his marksmanship, while Giselle is showing off her skills with her large 12 Gauge Mossberg shotgun.
Betserai, being a beginner and inexperienced shooter is given a S&W .38 revolver. (which in most training camps is considered "Level One" of Guns 101).
