Gilna was meant to be the heroine where Ally was originally surposed to show up, but perhaps I made Gilna too evil looking.
The background story:
"Gilna, a Crown Dragon, comes to a village to found out some of her cousins have stolen the Flame Of Life and the village was turning to stone. A Flames Of Life carries forbidden secrets, but also has a holy light. In the wrong hands, it could mean great destruction. So Gilna goes to bring the flame back. On her way she get some strange and stong allies, Ally and Dina."

You're not using her for that reason? I think you should still use her (if the story is still going).
Even though she looks evil to you, I don't that she matter that much, should it?
Sure, if someone saw this picture by itself, they may think she is evil.
But the picture and what you have said she was originally going to do combined changes my opinion of the look from the character from evil to seriously bada$$, but as a worker for the forces of good.
Just though I'd say that.
