Alex visits a hospital to figure out the depths of his anxiety problems, and how little he is in control of them.

“Could you define the pain for me?” the mild-mannered koala asked, giving Alex a soft look, “how does it hurt?”
The wotter sighed, he knew there was 1000 ways to describe pain, all medically relevant…but how could he define this physical manifestation of the throbbing weight that came from anxiety? How could he describe what had been keeping him up every night?
“It just….hurts,” Alex said, blushing against the stupid answer.
The doctor smiled and huffed, a gesture of understanding frustration, “We’ll do what we can.”
With that, the doctor left Alex alone in the room, stewing over his inability.
