Going back to my disclaimer of not being the go-to for advice on dealing with suicide, Sandra’s speech may seem kind of cold towards the end but it does come from personal experience. Her advice isn’t a catch-all but I feel like applies given the circumstances (literally not being able to take medication and her friends’ assistance being limited to support roles).
