~Memories from the apple orchard~
Hello everyone
I've just finished working on art commissioned by
wingedneko featuring his caracal character playing a guitar and enjoying a a morning in the apple orchard. THe whole idea started from a simple pose without any prepared background, then added a nice, warm scenery. The combination of red, black, orange and a little bit of blue looks really nice here, I honestly really like the color palette for this piece <3 IT was also a chance for me to draw hills in the background, since I mostly end with gray mountains and forests.... The character itself had a simple yet interesting design, the outfit gives some nice reds and black accents what matches the whole scenery. It actually turned out almost as I expected, maybe scanned version lacks this vivid red color on his clothes but I'm pretty satisfied anyway!
