So as the title says, I want to know if at these atmospheric conditions, will a person pass out, and if so in how long? These conditions are that of being at sea level on Mai'No'Tia, the green (on the left side) is the changed conditions, specifically altitude and oxygen percentage in the atmosphere. If you were on Mai'No'Tia you'd be breathing a 26% percent of oxygen and the density would be equivalent to that of being at 2,880 meters (9448.81 feet)



(edit): Sorry, the O2 in the air is 26%, but the air density is equivalent to that at 3,000 meters, but with the increased oxygen, the conditions are that of 2,880 meters.
