Zilch is a gambling man who likes to spend his time getting kicked out of casinos. Many people accuse him of cheating as he is rumored to never lose a game. If any accusations hold true that remains to be seen, but when he isn't making bets he is running a number of businesses, and doing what he can to support Bandle City troops.
