I'm already working on another fat dragon in candyland pic, this time resting on a giant jelly with 'ice-cream mountains' in the background - I'm pretty sure Super Mario really inspired that one!

I've only come across 3, maybe 4 at the most candy land pics. A lot more definitely are out there, they're just nearly impossible to find :c

LOL this is adorable, I love drawing obese western dragons they are just so cute and for some reason fun and hilarous to me hahah. It's like the most relaxing thing ever to churn out fatty western dragons. I really like the face you did on this one!

I totally agree with you that it's relaxing to draw pudgy dragons, it's a nice break from the serious art I do most the time. But thanks for the comment, I'm glad you like this c:

HAHAH Thanks! That is Strawberry I made him actually by accident and fell in love with him so I had to draw him again for an avetar hahahaah. It is a really nice break! They are just so fluid and can be like any way you want. I do a lot of more serious art and went to art college, but I still just so enjoy drawing fat dragons hahah. :D

Well if accidents end up making things like Strawberry then more people need to have accidents XD It's definitely a cute dragon you have there though, the colours are certainly interesting...strawberry themed :D And of course there's that big pudgy belly of his too <3 It's just screaming to be hugged!

And yeah you're right about that, I tend to struggle with serious art and end up rubbing things out over and over but with fat dragons they usually just flow. I have so many sketches of them!

It's cool you went to art college, how did it go? I hated art as a subject haha.

From looking at your gallery I think I actually remember seeing you around on dA...this was a good few years ago though!

hahah yea I still am over on DA I mainly put my more serious subject matter there though now. I do still run the FAC (fat ass club) for fat equine themed art in honor of my donkey char Waffles. I am currently working on finishing a proposal to pitch a series involving him. I loved art college but it was hard as hell and some required subjects DID suck but I am happy I had them, they helped a lot in the long run. I have two galleries on here as well one for my less WG themed stuff and one for things like Strawberry hahah. I am actually painting a realistic dragon for the other gallery I may finish SOMEDAY lolz. I do need to do more pics of Strawberry! I haven't drawn him in a bit.
