The unknown has long attracted explorers. The toughs of amazing wonders, powers, and riches have been a siren's call for those that dared to reach out. However, the unknown is fraught with danger, with powerful beasts, harsh hazards, and luck determining a role. Sometimes though as Svaros found out, the unknown should remain just that. Some things just aren't made to be explored.

Watchtowers are ancient constructs that come from empires long ago and faded with time. They are best described drone towers that can defend an entire system from attack by simply overwhelming their opponents. While these have always been found as inert, Svaros certainly found the hard way that the one he was sent into was still live. Now it was a race, would the tower successfully power up before Svaros made it back to his fighter?
