Comic based around the idea for the Punishment pic. It's a no homo and I can explain why.
Around 4 years ago, Thailand released a book to prepare highschool students for the standard test. One of the questions asked the following.

63) "If your best friend decide to swipe the last piece of meatball, your favorite, from your lunch, which of the following is the most appropriate reaction?"
A) Order another plate in case your friend is still hungry.
B) Smack him gently on the head as a sign of friendship
C) Smack him hard on the head as a sign of friendship
D) Pull him in for a surprise deep kiss and, using the element of surprise, swipe the meatball back from his mouth.
The proper answer is (D). Although meatball is your favorite, friendship is something that should be treasured. If you order a new set because your friend swipe the last one, the act can be perceived as sarcastic, harming the friendship between you and your best friend. The act of hitting someone in the head is also not part of our Thai culture and is more of a western thing so such actions should be avoided. This is why the best course of action is to surprise your friend with a deep kiss, an expression of pure and beautiful bond between friends. While your best friend is still shocked, use that moment to swipe the meatball back to your own mouth. Both side will be happy.

Depends on the subject being covered. These ridiculous questions only appear in the Art, Social and Common Knowledge section.
And like all standard tests, the only important parts are the major subjects like Math. These questions are only found on the free test anyway and if people do plan on handing scores to enter better universities, they will still have to pay and go to the more difficult and serious one that works like the SAT.

This still seems like a really bizzare question (I'm not sure why anyone would be too bothered about offending someone who was stealing food from their lunch anyway; they would be a rubbish friend if they did that).
Yeah, that SAT. Can't say much about it after the changes though since I last heard SAT was purposefully made easier a few years after I already turned in mine.
And this kind of question isn't even that high on the bizarre scale. There were quests that legit require countryside cult knowledge for the correct answer. There was even a question in the Art topic asking about the most appropriate clothing to wear by the seaside when your friend is about to go sailing with a storm coming up. Really explains why the universities never ask about art/health test score.
