My Character For a Post Apocolyptic DND Character. Here is a little lore from his backstory
WW2 Raged on. But not exclusively with human bodies, but mechanical ones as well. First experimented with on July 28, 1914[WW1], the American automatons were the pride and joy of the states. Now The USA could send soldiers to the slaughter without the staggering loss of life and without the need for caskets. Clean up was easy and the robots expendable. But because they were cheap would frequently break down and were the victims of cannon fire and bullet rain. While they excelled in such activities as Recon, The automatons were mainly used as cannon fodder to swell the American numbers.
Now on December 7, 1941pearl harbor rocked America and it was apparent that war was the reality And now the new and improved Automotons of 1941Once again swell the American Numbers and serve diligently giving their Cores for their country and fellow countrymen [and countrybots].
