Hers's a pic of the Felios org's leader and big cousin of Craze, and Lilly, Prince Leon Neko. He's from the star Alpha centuri. He came to the Sol star system when to visit his people. When he first came to Earth, he met Junei as she was sent flying after her defeat from her enemy, Ayame. He caught her when she crashed into him while he was entering the Earth's atmosphere. Junei is the very first person he met on Earth. From then the two fall inlove with each others. After awhile, he and Junei arive over at the LTA Island to meet his Diamond family reletives. When they got there, they landed at the front of Felious org's building. He wounder in the building he finds a meeting being held by the members and their leader, King Leeroy Diamond Sr. They discuss about who's gonna replace Leeroy since he's gonna retire. When Leon walks in the meeting. He ask for Leeroy. Leeroy awnsers. Leon then tell Leeroy that he's one of the he's wife's reletives from the stars and he came to visit them for the first time. Leeroy then looks at Leon and sense that he got good leader ship skills in him. Leeroy then ask Leon to take over his leader ship of the org. At first, some of the org member was againts Leeroy's decision cause they hardly know who Leon is and if he got good leader ship skills. Leon then explain he did had three centuries of expirience in leadership from ruling Alpha centuri in his parent's place when they went off to help out their fellow celetials to destroy the psycoCORPS that was trying to take over the galaxy. The member don't belive him. Leon then say let him prove that he can be a good leader by letting him run the org for three months. If he do a good job, he stays being the leader. If he do a terible job, He'll step down. The member then take his bet. After a three months, he proves that he's a good leader. Since then, he been the leader of the Org. By that time, the old members steps down and new members join. The new members was, Speedy, Blade, Princess Zizi, and Leon's little cousin and second youngest son of the former leader, Prince Craze. He had made Speedy his second incomand. Zizi his third, Blade his fourth, and Craze his fifth. Ever since he became leader of the org, he stayed on the Earth for quit some time. He only go back home when his parents or people need him, or just want to visit them for ol time sakes.

Personality: Leon is laid back but always ready for anything. He's very friendly and compassionate. He's some what a prankster. He hardly fears anything.
