Silent Sparrow (Full name: Unknown is the Eye Which Watches the Silent Sparrow Fall) is an Abyssal. A Chosen of the Neverborn, an Avatar of Oblivion. It is his purpose to bring death to Creation, and let all that is fall into the Void. Silent Sparrow is of the Day Cast. This means he is a master of stealth, misdirection, seduction, and betrayal.
He has the face of an angel and a body to sin for, and he's corrupted countless mortals into worship of the Neverborn and betrayal against Creation.
For some reason, Honiahaka thinks it's an excellent idea to try and seduce him to the good guys' side. Silent Sparrow things that being the patron of the first Lunar-born Abyssal would make him The Mask of Winters' favorite servant. The "I Fuck You Into a Heel/Face Turn" race between the two is on!

The bleeding thing on his forehead is his Cast Mark. The Exalted's Third Eye opens up in a symbol of his cast when too much power is being pushed through his body to hide the godhood within. Most Exalteds' cast marks glow with the power of the Sun, Moon, or Stars. Abyssals, however, bleed the necrotic energies of Oblivion.
